Is there another way to do a text link?
Im trying to do a text link on a board using ….. but its not working, is there another code for it?
In other words, I want the phrase “Click here” to be a link and take me to a webpage.
Wish people wouldn’t answer unless they really know how to code according to HTML 4.01 Standards.
Change “answers.yahoo.com/” to URL of web page you want. This code gives you the nice little poup tooltip on mouseover of link. Change
tags to any block level tag and style as needed. If you have lots of links, best to use an unordered list for them:
Can put the list in a div container and style as needed.
There’s also a possibility that your links don’t work because the board doesn’t use HTML coding and you need to use BBCode on the board:
